Fiberweb's platform technology offers a gradient density fabric design. The larger particles are captured and held in the top layer of the side where air comes in. The smaller particles are captured by the finer fibers that make up the exit layer of the product. This design allows depth loading of particles in the material while maintaining a low-pressure drop required in the application.

The polyester fibers used in the construction provide stiffness and rigidity so it can be pleated without a wire support. This rigid design also offers excellent processability with automated pleating equipment to ensure a cost-effective product design.
